Because amount of IP numbers is limited, computers are organize into LAN (Local Area Network). And all computers in LAN have outside the same IP number. This process using NAT (Network Address Translation).
Your computer also have IP number, and this tool shows you it. Remember, your IP is not protected information, you are not anonymous on internet!
